What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or down payment arrangements for long-term partners. Payment terms can be negotiated based on the order value and relationship.
What types of coffee do you supply?
We provide both Arabica and Robusta coffee from various regions in Indonesia such as Gayo, Java, and Bali. Available in green beans or roasted form, depending on buyer preference.
Do you offer sample products before placing an order?
Yes, we can provide samples for quality verification. The buyer only needs to cover shipping costs for the sample.
